Educational center The educational center knows the modalities of Dual Vocational Training, shares a strategic vision with companies and values the importance of a quality assurance system for its development. Completely/Enough/Something/Nothing Quality assurance models and systems establish the need for them to share a strategic vision, for which it is necessary to determine the relevant requirements of the interested parties. It is also opportune to determine the interested persons, institutions or entities that are relevant to the Dual Vocational Training, as well as the pertinent requirements that they may demand. Educational center The responsible assigned of the educational center about the coordination of the project is occupied to ensure about the adequacy of the companies, making sure that they will achieve the planned results and promoting the best continuing. Completely/Enough/Something/Nothing It is recommended that the educational center have a person to coordinate the project who is in charge of ensuring that the companies are suitable for the development of the program, especially the availability of spaces, the existence of qualified personnel, and the necessary equipment. to provide adequate training to students. Likewise, it is advisable to designate a person as responsible for the programming and monitoring of the training, as well as for the coordination of the evaluation. For its part, the company is advised to designate a person to supervise the development of the work activity, who will exercise tutoring in the company and will be responsible for monitoring the agreement for the training activity, for the coordination of the work activity with the training, and communication with the training center. The management of the educational center will ensure the necessary resources for training, including the suitability of the companies, ensuring that the expected results are achieved and promoting continuous improvement.
