Bildungswerk der Niedersächsischen Wirtschaft gemeinn. GmbH

As a provider of educational services promoted by associations in the economic sector, one of our main objectives is to secure the demand for qualified personnel from companies through early vocational orientation, early qualification and early recruitment. As competent advisors, we support you in all matters of business and personnel development.

As part of our work on the vocational orientation of young people we work closely together with companies. We provide qualified personnel and offer development opportunities at every stage and in every professional situation. The ability to meet the demands of the future also depends in part on a successful business strategy and professional personnel management. As a partner of companies, we offer advice and support in the design of procedures in a way that is tailored to the needs of companies.

The company has approximately 1,200 employees at 57 educational centers or locations throughout Lower Saxony, with its headquarters in Hanover. It reaches 57,000 participants each year and offers training to some 3,800 client companies per year.

For many years now, the BNW Institute has been active in the field of vocational and continuing education and training, also in an international context. In the context of the Erasmus program, we are actively involved as a partner in a strategic collaboration, and we send vocational trainees to Ireland and England for companies in the Lower Saxony region. We carry out off-site vocational training and accompany the trainees and the companies until successful completion of the training. In model projects we have worked on the modularization of vocational training.
