Vocational Educatión and Training, S.L. (VET) | Berufsausbildung (VET) is an entity that belongs to the group of companies of Escuela de Idiomas Carlos V (coordinator of the Erasmus+ KA2 Project "Dual-Vet partners in Europe" 2017-1-ES01-KA202-038512 - PIC 923813548) VET is constituted within the group of companies to attend the following lines of work throughout Andalusia: Selection and Training of Human Resources for Companies, Design and Implementation of Training Programmes for companies, Advising, promoting and coordinating Dual Vocational Training Projects, Implementation of Mobility Programmes with Germany and Austria for young Spaniards. Up until now, these activities were carried out by the Carlos V Language School, but due to the type of services offered by the Language School, it has been necessary to differentiate between the two entities. The VET entity therefore assumes the provision of the services detailed in the previous paragraph with staff contracted at VET and with the confirmation that the staff it has have the competences to be able to assume the responsibilities involved in the implementation of this Quality of DualVET Project.

Up until now, these activities were carried out by the Carlos V Language School, but due to the type of services offered by the Language School, it has been necessary to differentiate between the two entities. The VET entity therefore assumes the provision of the services detailed in the previous paragraph with staff contracted at VET and with the confirmation that the staff it has have the competences to be able to assume the responsibilities involved in the implementation of this Quality of DualVET Project. These professionals are the ones who are hired by VET to separate what are areas of work with a language teaching background from the areas of work that do not, as is the case of the realisation of this project.

The competences and knowledge of the VET key persons involved in this Project are:

  • HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
    • Search, selection and training of Human Resources.
    • Coordination of work teams.
  • DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF CONTINUOUS TRAINING PROGRAMMES FOR COMPANIES.
    • Commercial management in attracting companies.
    • Detection of training needs of workers.
    • Design of schedules and training actions.
  • MOBILITY PROGRAMMES FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING STUDENTS
    • Coordination of European Mobility Programmes (MobiProEU and Eramus+)
    • Information sessions in vocational training schools in Andalusia about Mobility Programmes with Germany and Austria.
    • Interviews, selection and tutoring of participants - Management, monitoring and evaluation of the Programmes.
    • Management of professional internships for European students in Seville.
  • TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETING
    • Professional translator English, Spanish and German
    • Mobility Programmes Technician.
  • QUALITY MANAGEMENT
    • Knowledge due to the responsibility in different companies for the implementation, monitoring and compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
  • TRAINING
    • Teaching experience in training courses in the areas of commercial management, management skills and social and work skills.
  • WEB-GRAPHIC DESIGN AND COMMUNITY MANAGER
    • Use of the design and layout tools necessary for the two Intellectual Products of the Project.
  • ACCOUNTING AND LABOUR MANAGEMENT
    • Administrative management in accounting and labour departments of companies.
  • COORDINATION OF ERASMUS+ KA2 PROJECTS Strategic Partnerships
    • Coordinator of the Erasmus+ KA202 Project "Dual Vet in Europe"
    • Knowledge of Dual Vocational Training in Spain, Italy and Germany, thanks to the above mentioned Project.

These competencies enable VET to successfully fulfil the roles and responsibilities it will perform during the implementation of this project.
